Feeling sick u.u

I really hate feeling this way :(
I dont like stomach ache ,i dont like this feeling and this day ,because i dont know if tonight ill sleep well like i want to.
Im feeling so bad !I dont wanna be this way!
Pleasee..somebody helps me and pray for me and my pain..Im suffering as much as i did the last time.
