Showing something im not..

Can anyone tells me why im so mean just when i look at someone?
I swear,i dont wanna mean it ,but..its something i cant dominate :(
 You can trust  that im the most hysterical girl on Earth and its like i find it very difficult to show what i feel and think..so, im like..please,Help!!
